The public show is at the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites located at 120 W. Market Street in the heart of Indianapolis. The Hilton is at the corner of Market and Illinois Streets. Once you are inside of the Hilton, you will go to the Mind Tripping Show Check-in Desk. 

Check-in at the Mind Tripping show desk will begin 60 minutes prior to show time, however, the doors to the showroom only open 15 minutes prior to the show. Once there, you will give our guest relations expert your name and she will check you in. You will receive a table number for your party. If you arrive early, there are two bars in the lobby of the Hilton to enjoy a beverage before the show.

Free parking for the show is at the Hilton parking garage located on the side of the Hilton at 130 W. Market Street. It is across from Jack’s Donuts. You can also Valet Park at the Hilton for $10.00. This is an amazing deal so please make sure to take care of the valet staff if you decide to valet. Please scroll below to see a map of where to park. 

The show is designed primarily for adults, couples, or groups looking for a fun, interactive, immersive night out that goes beyond traditional comedy or theater experiences. Audience participation is a core part of the experience. Teenagers, aged 13 and older, can attend the show, but we have a strict no baby, toddler, child or stroller policy. 

No photography or video is allowed during the show, but Christian & Katalina will be more than happy to take pictures with you after the performance.

No, you do not need your email confirmation on the night of the show. When you get to the Mind Tripping Show Desk at the Hilton you will provide your name for check-in. Please read through the entire email confirmation as it has all the information to know before you get to the show.

Once, the purchase of the tickets goes through, you will see a ticket confirmation on the screen. At the same time, you will receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see the email confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder. Many times email providers will send a new email address into these folders if they do not recognize the email. Your name will be used to check in at the Mind Tripping Show Desk so you do not need to print your ticket confirmation. But please read all of the information listed as it will be helpful to make you experience as smooth as possible. 

Yes, you can buy tickets at the door, if tickets are available. If you want to come to the show on a specific date, please purchase the tickets online to guarantee your seats. If it says “Sold Out” for a specific show date, then we are sold out with no seats available.

Yes, we are wheelchair and walker accessible. You can either stay in your wheelchair or sit in a chair and we will keep your wheelchair in the back of the room. When you purchase tickets, we have a notes section where you can let us know that you are in a wheelchair or have a walker and we will accommodate your needs.

We need a good phone number for emergencies only. We do not abuse this and will not call you unless it is important. We also do not give out your personal information.

Mind Tripping Show Attendees are responsible for their own conduct as well as their guests or persons using their tickets. We strive to maintain an atmosphere where all in attendance can enjoy the event. If you appear to be highly intoxicated or indulging in any illegal substances or if someone’s behavior becomes disruptive or violates the Customer Code of Conduct, attendees and their guests may be subject to ejection without refund and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events.

We have an intimate venue so latecomers to the show will be very disruptive. In order to maintain the integrity of the performance and for all the guests who do show up on time, late seating is not permitted once the show has begun. A brief grace period is offered prior to showtime; however, guests are expected to arrive early to allow sufficient time for parking, check-in and seating. Guests who arrive after the performance has started may be denied entry and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
